Return and Refund Policy

DRAVIN APPARELS LLP Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with tags attached to qualify for a return.
• Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Process: To initiate a return, please email us at dravinapparels@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 - 7 working days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 15 Days. If you need an exchange, please contact us at 9152000021.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
